Face Painting

Face painting is a tradition there will several places to have your face painted by a local artist. Come and become a part of this amazing event.

Dance

Grupo Folklorico Herencia Mexicana 's amazing traditional dancers will be performing in the morning both days with possible performances through out the day.

Music

The Day of the Dead festival is always a great place to party. Santana Pa Ti performances are a tradition at his event and last year Bobby Detroit added their Soul Funk sounds. We are inviting them both back.

Saturday November 2nd

The morning entertainment will consist of traditional dance and background DJ and Santana Pa Ti will be performing in the afternoon into the to evening.

Sunday November 3rd

Don’t let the name fool you, Bobby Detroit is an all local band playing great 70’s funk to dance and enjoy . Playing in the late afternoon to evening.

The Dia de los Muertos event has been a San Diego, tradition for 12 years, in Old Town. It all started there and we are proud to share this cultural event with our San Diego community at the Historic Liberty Station.
